Paige took a spring walk and found beautiful flowers covering the Spanish Steps.
Last weekend it was Rome's 2,776th birthday (wow!) and there were reenactments, parades, and celebrations all over the city. Paige watched gladiator reenactments at the Circus Maximus (where they used to race chariots).
Then Paige found out she's in a picture on an Italian tourist Instagram site. Someone from the other side was taking pictures, and if you zoom way in you can see Paige where she drew an arrow on their picture. It's like playing “Where's Waldo?”.
But mostly she studies a lot because finals are this next week, and then she'll be home for a few months. She was spotted in the library and featured on her school's Instagram page. She has one more semester before she graduates.
Colby and Leah finished their semesters this past week. They met my mom at the Thanksgiving Point tulip festival. Leah will stay for spring term and then come home for summer. Colby starts an internship in a month at Raytheon and will be moving to Tucson, Arizona for the summer. It should be a great experience. He has one more semester before graduating. Leah has a few more. :)
Here's Leah with some of her cousins.
And Leah was Instagram-famous too. She was in a BYU geology video, trying to guess which rock was more valuable.
There are no flowers blooming in Minnesota yet.
So we went indoors to find flowers instead. The Minneapolis Institute of Art had floral artists create arrangements that imitate works of art. So creative. Here are some of the arrangements I liked.
