I get maybe one cold sore a year, always an indication my body is in too much stress from life troubles or health problems. So if cold sores are currently multiplying across my face, it’s an indication of how life troubles and health problems are going for me… not well. I want a break. My body and mind are worn out. I’m currently on our vacation, hiding this awesomeness in a face mask. I’m now on prescription medicine too. Things will get better. I’ll keep moving forward.
