It’s Friday night and Paige is at work, Dan and Carson are playing in a community Pickleball tournament, and Leah went to watch and cheer them on.
And I’m doing RICE for a knee that was cleared by an MRI one month ago exactly, but then last Friday when I was getting food out for dinner, I pivoted and a loud pop happened in my same knee. It hurts a lot. I'm frustrated to be in this place again, and so soon. My orthopedic doctor advised me to RICE and do home therapy first, then come back in if those don’t help enough.
