I've now been back on Dupixent for three months. At a follow-up appointment this week, the ENT doctor scoped my nose and showed me that most of the polyps shrunk and disappeared. Woohoo!! However, I still have two stubborn polyps. I've used two nose sprays every day for years - one is a steroid and one is an antihistamine. For the past three months, the ENT also had me do a sinus rinse every day with a steroid in it. And still, some polyps persist, but the good news is most of them are gone again. I can smell and taste again, and I can breathe with no congestion. Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps (CRSwNP) feels under control and managed well, and at the same time Dupixent also treats my asthma. The next three months of shots just came in the mail. I'm so grateful for Dupixent. It wasn't available for most of my life, and it makes a huge difference for me.
