I finished reading a book last night and I’m starting another on this cold, cloudy Sunday afternoon. My friend Beth brought me this book yesterday, and I'm giving it a try. It was another rough health morning (terrible migraine and congestion during church), and I just want to hang out in bed in my comfiest clothes, reading and napping until I recover. I’m learning to be aware of my limits and do what my body needs.

Carson’s reading two books: the Sherlock Holmes collection Paige gave him for Christmas, and a science fiction one my friend also brought yesterday for him to read. Dan is reading a D-Day book (surprise surprise). He and Carson each separately read and finished Endurance recently, an apparently riveting book they couldn't put down about the explorer Shackleton.
