Stillwater

It started raining soon after we got to Stillwater. It was just us girls -- Dan and Carson stayed back to unpack from their camping trip and go to some graduation parties. We walked the town, crossed the bridge over the St. Croix River to Wisconsin on the other side, took our time wandering through antique stores, climbed the stairs in pouring rain for a view of the town, and ate treats in a coffee shop.

There’s Leah at the bottom of the stairs, faster than we were. There are so many stairs, our legs were shaky for a long time after going up and down them. You keep turning a corner and then there's more and more stairs.
