We got distracted from our long list of things to do by this baby deer outside our house. We kept watching it through the basement window. It came the next day too. We've since found out there's another baby and the mama deer in the area. So adorable.
For two months we've been making our way through Leah's list of favorite things to do in Minnesota one last time before she goes back to college. On Thursday we canoed and kayaked the St. Croix River from Taylor's Falls to Osceola seven miles downstream. It was beautiful and relaxing.
And then these very adult kids rediscovered the playground in our neighborhood.
